It’s that time of year again, time to reflect on the past, and focus on the future.
In the Zerion world, it’s been a year of growing and learning as a team, of finding new ways to learn from our customers, to identify ways to better serve those around us and to push solutions that matter to those we work with day in and day out.
Learning. Growing. Improving. They may have been our big terms last year, but, that doesn’t mean they will become any less important as 2019 begins.
One of the lessons we’ve learned most potently (perhaps) is that while our team learns a lot day in and day out from one another, we also learn the most - and grow the most - when our customers are a part of the conversation. By focusing on building relationships, and listening to needs that we hear from people just like you, we become more creative, we become more driven, and we - we hope - become more aligned with how we can provide what’s most necessary for those around us both now and in the future.
In 2018, we pushed new applications and releases forward. These included:

iForm ES for Android
ThermoWorks BlueTherm integration added for Android
Touch ID for iOS
We also spent time fixing bugs, improving standing features within iFormBuilder, providing education and certifications for customers looking to dive deeper into functionality and more.
We are proud of each of these releases, but, again, we’re most proud of the way we’ve connected with customers and potential customers. In building deeper relationships, we all benefit greatly. This is something we’d like to continue into the new year.
