[BREAKING NEWS] 2016 Changes to iFormBuilder.com Accounts

Data Management | Workflow Automation | Project Monitoring

Effective January 4th, 2016 www.iFormBuilder.com accounts will have enhanced security which will impact devices.

This upgrade (TLS v1.2) is required to keep current with best practices around securing web applications. This will impact older Android and iOS devices which can't upgrade to the latest software and receive new security patches.

Users with a www.iFormBuilder.com account can upgrade their account to a Growing plan or will be required to buy new mobile devices that are compatible with the server update. Beginning January 4, 2016, old devices will not be able to sync to the server. Local data must be uploaded beforehand.

All users are encouraged to test whether this will affect them by setting the server name on their device to tls12.iformbuilder.com. If your device is not supported, you may see an error that says "No peer certificate." Please try to upgrade the operating system on your device and iForm and then try again.
